my Bluetooth/usb headphones keep turning off immediately i turn it on after pluging it in pc with usb

so i pluged it in pc to try out something and when i was done i unplugged it and wanted to connect it on my tv and when i turned it on it went off immediately it happened yesterday and its happning today please help
