annoying orange splat next to my account name on start menu

Now I notice on the start menu an annoying orange dot next to my account name. and when I click it reads “Sign into your Microsoft account” You’ll be able to backup your files and photos and keep them more secure. (already do this it’s called a NAS) How do I turn this annoying stuff off? I own my computer thank you, and I will log in the way I want to and store my data where I want to.
