I've had my pc for about 2-3 years now. I first noticed my problems when my xbox app stopped working entirely because i had accidently deleted some file involving the app. When i tried to fix the problem i had noticed that my Pc wouldn't update to version 22h2 and all is says is "Error encountered, there were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: (0x800703f1)" I believe all my problems stem from me not being able to update my pc.
