Can you get pre-existing updates for Windows 10 after end of support when you reinstall Windows 10?

Windows 10's end of support is scheduled on October 14, 2025. What would happen if I do a clean install of Windows 10 after the end of its support? Will I be able to get pre-existing updates from before October 14, 2025 through Windows Update?
