Cannot boot HP Elitedesk 705 G4 from USB stick

Hello,I have a HP Elitedesk 705 G4 tower and I need to install Windows 10 22H2 from USB stick, but when I try to boot from USB stick the tower boots up but the screen goes blue.Any help to fix this issue would be great.Thanks
