I accidentally deleted my Realtek Audio driver after hearing online that the driver would replace itself after deleting it and restarting it. I checked "attempt to remove the driver for this device" which might've been supplemental to the problem. I'm not entirely sure what to do now as I've restarted multiple times and checked online for other drivers but nothing seems to work. Any advice is appreciated and welcomed at this point
