My spouse just bought a new windows 11 computer, his first in a long time (he's been a determined mac user for years but is tired of not being able to play most games on his mac)! He's trying to set it up and is stuck on the create pin stage. There's a little blue key icon on the left, but once he enters a pin and hits enter, it gets stuck on the little spinning wheel. He's tried starting over a couple of times, once with his old microsoft account, and once creating a new one. All the solutions I can find seem to assume the person has access to various things on their computer he doesn't have
