So, I am at my wits end dealing with this and I really could use some help. I have PC Pass, and I am trying to install games with gamepass. At first, I was trying to do that using the XBOX app, but the app just won't launch. It stays on the launching screen. I have sat and waited for hours, left it going overnight, and still nothing. I opened the settings, and where it says microsoft account it tells me to sign in. But when I click the button it does nothing. It doesn't open an external window, nothing. It says I have Xbox Pass Ultimate. If I click on Notifications, it says I need to sign in,
