Windows 10 22H2 update failed blue screen of death

Windows 10 22H2 update failed blue screen of death happened multiple times. Although windows got back to normal after self-recovery, the update prompts keep coming and can only be delayed for few weeks. I want to opt out of this messy update as it disrupted my work flow and these updates don't seem to help me in anyway. Either let me opt out or stop sending me this updates or find a legitimate fix.
