Unable to uninstall chrome application

I somehow have 2 chrome in uninstall or change a program. But 1 of the chrome was able to uninstall and, the another was not able to uninstall. But when i tried to find chrome in search bar (No result found for chrome)- tried changing account- tried cmd administrator wmic (Google chrome not in listed)- restarted/shutdown
