Windows Media Player does not give error message for CD it will not play

The CD in question is a music CD. I can play it on a Blu-Ray player and on the car CD player. When I load the CD on an external CD player attached to Windows, it seems to read the CD (I can feel the drive vibrating), File Explorer display this: I've tried to play the CD on 3 players, same result on all. It seems to me that I can rule out the possibility of any physical damage to the CD, since it does play on the car player and on the Blu-Ray player.Thanks for your help,SweetTasha
