csm enabled but still cant upgrade to 11

I am struggling with upgrading to windows 11 and it is stating that I need to enable secure boot, but it already is. I can't figure it out through the bios and since this is a custom-built pc I don't have a manufacture to turn to. I know that the motherboard I bought said windows 11 ready (ASUS Prime B550-PLUS) but it just wont let me says I don't meat min requirements because of secure boot. any help?
