No bios after installing win 10 pro

New build ryzen 5 5600 asrock b550 phantom gaming 4 win 10 pro. Perfectly installed windows without going to boot menu so I thought it wasn't an issue but after all updates and installing drivers I tried to go back to the bios through restarting to set xmp on the ram and all I get after pressing delete key is a black screen and vga/boot red light on my mobo any help would be greatly appreciated!
