Bitlocker doesn't accept password

I have locked my disk with Bitlocker. After sign-in it worked perfect and show my disk and it content. Then my relatives change my account to don't ask a password. After this disk doesn't decrypt and I don't have access to it content. I have returned back settings to ask about password, but it doesn't help. I don't have key for BitLocker. How can I fix this and receive access to my disc content?
