System restore failing

This issue keeps happening every time I use system restore and keeps failing, So I used it and did older restore points and fails with 0x80070005 and I contacted Toshiba to resolve it and it did not say the error. But I get this “System Restore did not complete successfully. Your computers system files and setting were not changed” So I can’t find any fixes on the internet so any solutions
