why do i have to upgrade to windows 11?

My PC did the update automatically, without asking me. Despite i had turned each and every kind of update off.My question is simple: WHY??? Why did you ignore me? Why is my decision this much unimportant?Who is the owner this PC? You or me? What kind of a marketing is that? Questions questions a lot of questions.
