transfer microsoft store games on same account from one computer to another using only files

I have downloaded a game on another computer on microsoft store, and that computer stopped working, and I have all the OS(D files for it. is there any way to transfer a game from the files? and yes, I have tried transferring files from the hidden windowsapps folder to my computers files.
