windows 11 pro 23H2 on a dell laptop can't unlock lockscreen

pc is managed by organisation, when arrived at lock screen the ctrl+alt+delete unlock does not work. press windows+U opens keyboard which enables to click them manually. However this does not work anymore when the pc locks again(cant be turned off due to organization).Edition Windows 11 Pro Version 23H2 Installed on ‎21/‎12/‎2023 OS build 22631.3593 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22700.1003.0
