The MS store has 3d Builder but no install button.It seems it misses the Microsoft.WindowsPreview.Kinect.8.1 package:App installation failed with error message: Windows cannot install package Microsoft.3DBuilder_1.0.0.127_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe because this package depends on a framework that could not be found.
