Drivers - Should it be uninstalled and reinstalled before and after OS upgrade?

We are to upgrade our OS from Windows Server 2012 R2 --> Windows Server 2019 DC --> Windows Server 2022 DCI am making a thorough study of the processes as I am not a IT Admin.Please let us know, 1. Are there any list of drivers of WS 2012 R2 that might not work with the higher version of WS2016/WS2022 ?2. Is there any list of drivers supported by the OS versions?3. What should be taken care of with the drivers before and after the upgrade of the OS?Thanks in advance!
