Query around WinRM service

I have a vCenter 7 Environment with some ESXi 7 hosts.Those ESXi hosts have Windows Server VMs running WinRM service. The VMs are getting their WinRM enabled via a modified .ISO file hosted over the datastore.Does it have any effect at the kernel of the ESXi host ? Does it have any impact to other VMs running on the same ESXi host?What happens at the ESXi level if we enable a WinRM service inside a VM ?
