The Microsoft Store App won't Install Owned apps.

For some reason, I cannot install Installed or Owned apps, for example. I Try to Install Minecraft Launcher or Dragon City, Nothing happens, Clicking the "Install" Won't do anything at all. is there any ways to fix this? I tried resetting the app, restarting my pc, and switching and creating accounts, and despite all of that, it's still nothing.
