Today, the Bluetooth and touch screen feature in my laptop has suddenly stopped working. - It started when the Bluetooth icon has disappeared, and even when I've attempted to access the settings, the option to turn Bluetooth on or off is missing.- Despite restarting my laptop, the issue persisted. I attempted to resolve it by installing Bluetooth drivers and restarting Bluetooth support services, as suggested by others, but to no avail. - Furthermore, the touch screen feature is also non-functional, adding to my frustration.
