How can I deal with the 0x803f8001 error code for Minecraft?

Hello I am trying to download Minecraft on windows 10, but every time I go to install the Minecraft launcher it pops up with the error code 0x803f8001, saying that it is not available in my account. I have tried downloading the Minecraft launcher on the Microsoft store but even if I install it from there it still says the same thing.If you have any ideas why this is happening? Or how to fix it that would be great. Thanks.
