When I click the install button, it turns gray for a short time and then turns back to blue again and nothing happens. The download does not start. I tried to install it on an external hard drive, so to see if that was the issue, I tried installing it on an internal drive instead, which did not resolve the problem. I've also tried signing out and signing back into the store, reinstalling the Microsoft Store, as well as the solutions recommended in the links below except for using a clean install of Windows as that isn't an option for me.
