I'm trying to upgrade my Windows 10 pro install to Windows 11. I tried win11 installer assistance and USB stick, they all failed when rebooting at the installing upgrades phase at 68%. I tired uninstalled my antivirus program, ran DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth and sfc scannow, FRST64 and sigverif says that all drivers are signed, but it keep crashing when installing, rebooting and back to Win10. The error window appears with Error 0xC1900101 - 0x40017.Panther folder: Panther.zipRollback folder: Rollback.zipsetupapi.dev.logThank you!
