i have a surface laptopi tried to sync my laptop to my new outlook as the laptop was signed into my dads account. i changed it from administrator however it wouldnt let me log in without downloading an app. however now when i go to reset or access User accounts on the control panel it comes up with a "do your want to make changes to your device ?" pop up with only the "no" option and "x" i cant reset my password as it runs into an error or change any account settings. please is there anyway i can fix it or override it to reset so i can start afresh with my own email ? the family and others set
