NOT CONNECTED TO ANY NETWORK BUT INTERNET IS WORKING FINE. CAN'T UPDATE MICROSOFT RELATED APPS

Good day would like to ask how to fix my weird problem. I can surf the net but it shows that I'm not connected to any network, already did most of the solutions in the forum and clean reinstall windows several times but the problem still persists. it shows that IPV4 and 6 disconnected.
