This problem started 15 days ago. I have a 5g phone, to be exact Vivo T1 5g. It had good speeds and still have. But when I connect my laptop to the phone via hotspot or USB tethering, the speed hardly reaches 100kbps when downloading something. When I connect to another wifi, the network become normal.In short, the speed becomes slow when connecting to my phone. Both for wifi and usb. When I connect to another win10 pc and other devices, it runs as usual.
