Why is my pc not installing App

I reset my Pc which some apps were removed and i later tried to download those app back but my PC keeping bringing can’t run app find your pc version.Pc version Window 10 prox64bit based pc4GB RAM. I tried to download Adobe photoshop, Coreldraw, Microsoft office but none are running on the pc
