Remote App Outlook Links RESULT_CODE_KILLED_BAD_MESSAGE error

When opening a link through outlook on a remote apps server without first opening edge we get the following error message: RESULT_CODE_KILLED_BAD_MESSAGEThis only occurs if the link opens edge, if edge is opened before clicking on the link it opens fine.to troubleshoot we have tried the following:Turn off outlook safe links from the admin centreClear the Edge cacheReset microsoft edgeReset microsoft user profileDisable third party Anti-Virus softwarewe are running Windows server 2019 and office version 2307 (Build 16626.20170)Has anyone come across this before or experiencing the same issue?
