I've tried a few things to fix it but nothing works. I've uninstalled game bar and Xbox app reinstalled them, I've done some stuff in registry editor but it doesn't work the "AppCaptureEnabled" file thing keeps reverting the value to 0 when I edit it to 1, I've also tried looking on reddit and answers.microsoft for a few hours trying different things nothing works. I have recently tried to update my pc to win 11 manually but I don't know what happened but it didn't work I followed instructions from Microsoft again I don't know. it also says my pc doesn't meet the spec requirements or something
