I have tried to reformat my laptop and reinstall windows 10It's taken me a week to get to the windows recovery environment. As it got stu k on 16% for 2 days to wipe my hard drive. So had to restart mu laptop to do the reformat. Then it went through and installing the windows 10 but was stuck for 4 days on 90% so had to restart laptop again. This time it took me to the Windows Recovery Environment. I tried to do the reinstall on here with local download and cloud download but still doesn't work. I downloaded windows 10 is on my partners laptop and reformatted a usb stick and transferred it on
