Prevent automatic windows update *dowload*

Hello,Windows update download is slowing down my PC big time!I don't want these downloads to be launched automaticaly. I want to be able to be notified when there is a new update to download AND be able to schedule when this download will be launched (eg at lunch time when I'm not working).Is there a way to do this on Windows 10?Thanks for your answers!
