Why am I getting a licensing error code for Streets and Trips now that I changed laptops?

I have used Streets and Trips for many years now, since I changed laptops now it won't work. it downloads the program, but when you go to bring it up, I get an error code about licensing initialization problem, error code 0xc004d301
