Can't use OneDrive because it says "You're over your storage limit". I am not over my storage limit.

I cannot log in to OneDrive, or use Onenote.My OneDrive said it was over the storage limit, so I deleted almost all the files. I am now using only 1GB of data, but it thinks I am still over the limit and therefore my OneDrive account is "frozen". I have already checked my recycle bin and I have cleared that out.My Onenote says "OneNote cannot create a new notebook at: *destination*I would assume these two issues are linked and would be solved if my OneDrive would refresh and realise that it is not over the limit, however I do not know how to make it do that.Any suggestions?I have tried to atta
