A couple of months ago I had a problem with the installation of Sea of Thieves through both the Xbox App and Microsoft Store, resulting in an infinite installation-error loop (0x80070005). I recieved no support back in the day, and I still have this issue. I have also noticed I have a folder in my secondary hard drive disk called A231BC6F-3B30-4C80-919E-DCEA2086E602 that I don't have access to, even with an administrator user.
