Grainy and Pixelated Screen on Windows 10 UNABLE TO READ SCREEN

Screen randomly looking like attached image. Windows Key + Shift,Ctrl, B to reset graphics drivers did not work. Repeated power off, power on did not resolve issue. After third power off reset, screen loaded in 150% Scale and layout. Please advise.GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 CPU: 8 Core; Intel i7-7700k @ 4.20GHz RAM: 16 GBMonitor: MSI Optic MAG271CMotherboard: MSI Z270 (MS-7A75)
