So, The story is pretty long, but summarizing, I had a bsod problem on my pc when I tried to boot it up. After many solutions tried, even with microsoft's customer support help, they just told me to reinstall windows (which they did by themselves downloading the disc image). That didn't work, but for now I just don't care about that problem since the only remaining solution is to totally reset the pc and I don't happen to have a big ssd to back everything up. The point now, is that after that installation of windows (which was actually the second try to resolve the bsod), my start menu stoppe
