as the title says whenever i use my right click on either my file explorer or desktop it shows a buffering symbol over the cursor and resets everything open including the taskbar, i have tried to update to the current most recent version and nothing, this recently started happening rarely last month yet quickly escalating to an everyday, all the time occurrence. any suggestions will be appreciated.
