A vendor claiming to be a Microsoft Certified partner, with technical certifications, is charging his clients up to half a million dollars for purchasing COTS software from him - SQL Server and Office Suite. He is not an authorized reseller. He cannot pronounce SQL; I doubt the certifications he claims are valid. This half million is just over the past year - the apparent fraud spans years. He is also providing Outlook email services he hosts on his server. With every cyber attack, he claims he is working closely with the Microsoft Security team.
