I tried to do a reset on my (HP laptop Windows 10) and got the error message saying it had failed and nothing had changed. However when I try to log in now it says the pin is no longer available due to recent changes and to log in with my Microsoft account. When I try to do this the screen goes black and does nothing else. You can see the mouse pointer and occasionally there are a couple of seconds where the hourglass is visble, but it never gets any further.I have tried to log in multiple times, left it for hours on end to see if it's trying to do something in the backgound but 4 days on now
