Trying to get rid of AMD and Epic Games

I decided not to use my laptop for gaming and am going about deleting AMD and Epic Games. I'm in the process of deleting all 240k+ files from epic games, but when I try to delete AMD, I get an error saying that it is open in another tab. I have task manager open, and I cannot find where AMD is being used.Where can I find AMD, what file names would it be under so I can get rid of it, all of the startup tasks are slowing my laptop down to the point it is unusable, and I'm getting frustrated with it
