Hopefully someone can provide me a solution or advice on what to do. We have a server running Windows Server 2016 that was restored from backup image. After being restored we encountered 2 issues that seems to be linked to the same root cause... we've noticed that Windows is no longer activated and MS Office products had lost is activation. Upon attempt to reactivate Windows, we getting a Error 0xC0000022 error. Attempts to reinstalling MS Office give us a "Microsoft Office Standard 2016 encountered an error during setup" error as well. Checking event logs it seems Software Protection service
