PC randomly restarts without BSOD - probably a faulty component, but need help identifying it.

Hello!For more than 6 months at this point, my computer randomly crashes. It either restarts itself automatically without a BSOD, just black screen instantly, or it blocks and stays like that until I force restart it. It only happens during gaming (I'm not playing games that should cause problems to my PC, the systems requirements are met). I am pretty sure it should be a technical problem from a faulty component since I have this PC for roughly 8 years, but I'd still like to keep it running if possible and only change the faulty part.
