What is this unknown program called 'm', published by 'C', in programs list?

Hello Microsoft community,Today I was cleaning up my laptop (Dell XPS 15 running Windows 10), when I found a program listed in the control panel that I can't find elsewhere and have been unable to track down on the web so far.The program (33.5 MB) has no thumbnail and is labelled simply 'm' with a publisher listed as 'C' and a version number of 3. Is this something necessary to do programming in C or is it just a junk/malware/leftover program?Sincerely,CRP.S. I attempted to upload a snipped image of the control panel readout but got an error with both png and jpg uploads.
