Setting up Windows 10 on new PC Logo shows up then a blue screen appears and shortly after that it shuts down

Built my new PC and after turning it on it says reboot and select proper boot device, I then plug my USB with Windows 10 installed. I then restarted my PC and went to the BIOS and under the BOOT menu I selected the flashdrive. After that it proceeds to show windows logo then a blue screen then shuts down. How do I fix this problem?
