So ever since I bought a new PC and installed Windows 11, it's a 50/50 if I encounter this error and the only way to fix it is by restarting my PC. For one, when I open the Spotify app, it won't let me change any songs, I have tried the web browser version and also tried Soundcloud and neither will let me choose different songs, if it does manage to play a song it just resets the song back to 0 seconds after maybe 15-30 seconds of playing.
