No disk drive found after converting from gbt to mbr

I was trying to re-install windows from a usb boot. once i got to the page it said windows cannot be installed to disk of the gbt partition, so i searched google to fix it. Then, I booted from the usb to change disk to mbr. That did not work either. So i reset my computer, now i cannot access the window installation and i cannot open command prompt to change it back. Is there a way to fix?
