Windows Update Not Working

Hi, I tried updating my Windows but I get this error:After this, I tried troubleshooting but the troubleshooter could not identify the problem.I searched the internet, found that one of the ways to fix this was first go to services then windows update and set to automatic (could be extra steps after that I don't know), I tried doing that but I got an error: Access is denied.To fix this error, I tried turning off UAC, but did not work. My account has administrator tag, so that is not an issue.Please help me fix this, thank you!
